Advocates call to extend out-of-home care to age 21 in NSW and QLD

Over 47,000 children in Australia are currently in state care.

Six out of eight Australian state and territory governments are now supporting young people with the choice of extending care to the age of 21 years with the exception of NSW and Queensland.

ABC NewsRadio’s Brendan Arrow spoke to Paul McDonald who is the Chair of Home Stretch.
